We are pleased to announce that the Fund successfully exited from International Medical Group (IMG) on 15th June 2015. In January 2012, TKF, as part of a consortium including TBL MIRROR FUND BV concluded an investment in International Medical Group (“IMG”), a group in Uganda involved in the provision of healthcare services. Founded in 1996, IMG is one of the leading healthcare groups in Uganda. IMG has four wholly owned subsidiaries namely: IHK – International Hospital Kampala (IHK is the leading generalist hospital in Uganda), IMC – International Medical Centre, IAA – International Air Ambulance (also one the largest Healthcare Product Provider in Uganda), and IMGP – International Medical Group Pharmaceutical.
